1. Multiple numbers in your NumberBarn account that need the same change.

What is updating listings in bulk used for?

• Changing many number listings at once instead of editing each one individually.

📋 Steps 

Using Bulk Tools

1. From the Sell tab in your NumberBarn account
2. Go to the Listings tab.
3. Select the checkbox next to each number to update, or select Select All to include every number on the page. Select Select all pages to include every number in the account.
4. Under Bulk Tools, choose a field to set, such as List, Price, Offers, Pig Pick, License, or a related fee, and enter the value to apply.
5. Select the plus icon to set an additional field in the same pass.
6. Select Submit Changes.

Uploading a CSV

1. From the Sell tab in your NumberBarn account
2. Go to the Listings tab and select Download to export a pre-formatted CSV of the account's listings.
3. Make the needed changes in the file. Do not add extra rows or columns, since formatting errors will prevent the entire file from uploading.
4. Select Upload CSV, choose the modified file, and upload it.

Checking Status and Errors

1. From the Sell tab in your NumberBarn account
2. Go to Tools, then Bulk Listings Report.
3. Find the job by created date and review its status, progress, and results breakdown.
4. Click the down arrow icon to open the job and see status or errors:
   1. If a job shows Done with Errors, select the download icon to get the error report, then fix and resubmit just the affected listings.
