In certain cases, we have found that customers forwarding calls to a T-Mobile telephone number receive a busy signal. It's possible that your call blocking settings may need to be adjusted at T-Mobile. Here are the steps to do this:
- Log in to your T-Mobile account
- Click on your name in the upper right corner and click Profile
- Go to Block calls and messages
- Turn off the Scam Block
This should improve the success of your call forwarding. If you continue to have issues, be sure that you are NOT calling your NumberBarn number FROM the same T-Mobile number you are forwarding TO. Learn more about this here.
