We're trying something new by opening up this community to our customers. You're certainly always welcome to contact our customer support team. But if you'd like to try interacting with other customers or you see a feature or service that we might be missing, feel free to post here in the community. This is a unique opportunity to interact with great folks inside and outside of NumberBarn.
Let's just set a few ground rules as we get started:
- Be kind and constructive. Language or behavior deemed abusive will not be tolerated.
- Don't worry about categories. We'll move your post if we feel that it fits better in another topic.
- Be careful not to disclose private information about your service. If we see this, we'll likely convert your post into a support ticket.
- If your issue is time-sensitive consider contacting customer support instead. But we'll do our best to get to all posts here in a timely manner.
- Be sure to follow topics that are of interest to you and we'll be sure to post updates as we have them for any issues that are outstanding.
- Have fun and be interactive. We're all about human-to-human connections around here.
