Error completing purchase
AnsweredI am signed in, number in the cart, click "place my order" then I get an error message, "Account is not active". How can I resolve this?

Same.... I've been trying for 2 days to purchase 2 phone numbers. They finally responded after 4 help requests. They made me double verify by email my phone number and address before they will let you purchase.
