Duplicate Number in Account
Purchased a number last week that said it'd take 1-2 days to activate, after placing the order I didn't receive a confirmation of any kind via email and the numbers section in my account wasn't showing up. No indication of a pending order, etc.
Searched the site to see if the number was still available and it was, so I assumed the order didn't go through the first time. Proceeded to place order a second time and the outcome was the same, no email confirmation and the number was still showing up as available in search.
Wasn't going to try again and just waited. The other day I received two emails confirming the number is now active in my account. Logging into my account I see the number listed twice and under the billing section it shows the number twice with upcoming parking fees for each entry.
Submitted a ticket but have yet to hear back and there are still duplicates of the number in my account.
Would like to get this resolved ASAP before the next billing cycle.

Hey Michael, at the end of the day, I'm glad you were able to secure the number and I see that a member of our team was able to handle your ticket and correct your account.
That said, it's disturbing that our system glitched in this way. I've shared this with our engineering team to see what we can learn so we can prevent this from happening again in the future. I'll post a follow-up here if we find and correct the issue. Thank you for sharing this experience.
