Mobile App version 2.0.16.390 to address outbound calls dropping
We became aware of an issue where outbound calls were dropping somewhere in the one to five-minute range when placed via the Android and iOS mobile app in VoIP mode. A new version was released over the weekend to address this issue.
To determine if you have the latest version of the app, click the Menu icon
in the upper left corner of the app and you should see this at the bottom of the menu:
Note that Android devices will say “Android” instead of “iOS.”
If you are still using an older version, please navigate to the App Store on your device, find the app and you should see an option to upgrade or update.
