Immediate email receipt upon online purchase.
I purchased a couple of numbers to park and to port. I got emails saying they were ready and active. So i thought they were paid for already. It took me hours to realize that i needed to go into my account from the web to complete the purchase. You need to give people a notification upon acquiring numbers that they need to pay. ThenĀ You need to send us email receipt verification of our purchase. I need to save a email receipt of my purchase for preventing fraud. Every purchase i have ever made in the last 30 years i have received a email receipt of my purchase. The only time i didnt is when i got scammed or purchased from numberbarn..Thats like not having cut and paste on a cell phone..Fix that..we need email verification of our purchase and reflect it.

Hi ivan.geekster, this is great feedback. I agree that the "Your number is now active" email should be synonymous with "your card has been charged." But in this case, your credit card wasn't charged. We are currently working on a project to address the "pending disconnect" error you received but I will also propose that we update our order confirmation emails.
