Order processing times
Good evening,
I just sent an email asking for an update on my order status. Thought I'd give the community section a try also. How many business days from the original purchase does it take for Number Barn to complete the order and provide all of the info needed to submit the port out request to the new carrier?
If I can make a suggestion, this info should probably be posted prominently somewhere. I mistakenly thought the number that I purchased would be ready to port out the same day, I'm not mad that it wasn't, but I would like some guidance as to when I can expect to be able to submit the port out request through my carrier.

Hey Schelsko, Thanks for reaching out in the community. I just responded to your ticket. As a public comment I will say that if you order a number that says "Get it now" you should be able to initiate a port same day.
That said, we've been adjusting our security processes and if an account gets flagged it might lead to some delay in the order fulfillment process. Sorry about the confusion. This process is evolving but we will look at giving our customers some more notice about it.

I made a purchase and the processing did not finish. I wanted to know when I would have my number available, I didn't think it would take so long.

Hello Jeremy Watkin, nothing in my spam filter, I simply did not receive the number and I lost the money I spent. Everything just disappeared, as if I had never made the purchase. Disappointed and afraid to buy again.

Hello, The number I purchased is not reflected on my account. please, I urgently need the number active as soon as possible.
Does anyone have any idea if this is normal or if there is a processing time to orders before it is reflected?
