Old service still working
Transferred in and Parked number at NumberBarn, but my old service is still working. I don't understand how if the number has been ported as NumberBarn notified me.
What am I missing?

Hey Nickboxer, I just responded to your support ticket. In general, there could be a few things at work here:
- It's possible we share a carrier with your previous carrier and they may not have detected that the number "left their account" and see that it's still with the same carrier. On the NumberBarn side, we have multiple system audits in place to ensure which numbers are with us and which ones aren't. It can be tricky when we work with multiple carriers.
- If you're able to call out, some carriers might keep a local configuration for your number and allow you to make calls, especially in their network.
That said, the best test it to call from an outside line. In this case, I called from my mobile number and the call routed to NumberBarn. That can hopefully give you some confidence that porting truly did complete.
