    Hi Reefseis64, I see that a member of our team responded to your ticket and assisted you. 

    In general, we do have limits in place to prevent abuse of SMS. For anyone that encounters these limits, please create a ticket with our customer support team and we can review your account.

    In addition, I'll mention that NumberBarn and NumberGarage and intended for person to person texting and work to limit customers to that use case. If you need a solution for mass texting, check out our sister company, String.

    We may be experiencing a similar limit. No details were ever given that a limit was in place. We are a seasonable business where a larger amount of inbound calls come in daily for about 10 weeks. We need to respond to these with SMS. We did not do any mass texting but were individually responding to each inbound call and text. Our ability to respond was suddenly shut off today. ZERO explanation. We have put in tickets. This needs to be addressed immediately. We have already had 10+ customers we cannot respond to and our business is being negatively impacted.
