Customer service requires some improvement
I've purchased a number and also received email confirmation to wait.
More than 10 days have passed and still no news.
When I tried logging into the site, that didn't work.
I tried the chatbot, that tells us we're gonna connect to a human (4 hour wait ) and gave up.
Tried the next day, still nothing.
Wrote to customer service twice via the " contact us" ....still nothing.
I'm glad the number purchased only cost $54, because so far the experience has been both very frustrating and disappointing.
My password requires to be reset in order to log in.
Can someone please do this and email me to confirm it has been done?

I can’t even spend money with them. They don’t want my money. The time they get back with me I already have a number.
