Updated International Calling Rates Page
I just wanted to write in to request an updated back end for the International Calling Rates page. It is great that you are able to put in a phone number and see the exact rates but I believe that in its current form it may be a bit inaccurate in certain cases. I believe that for some countries the current form checks the number planning based on area code, but with number portability laws in some places, mobile numbers are not always accurately tied with a cellular provider this way. For example, in Italy mobile numbers with the area codes (prefix) 353 are originally in the number space for the mobile provider Illiad, however a phone number with this prefix may no longer be with this carrier since it may have been ported to another. It would be great if the International Calling Rates page was smart enough to understand the actual carrier or a mobile phone number given the entire number and not just assume which carrier it was originally on based on the prefix.
I am asking for this feature because I am currently unable to forward my NumberBarn number to an international mobile number because this page believes that I am on a different carrier than I actually am. When I out in other mobile numbers on the same carrier it gives me a rate whereas when I put in my desired number it says it is not supported.

Hi Fernando Gonzalez, thanks for reaching out. It looks like you opened a ticket with our support team and they've assisted you.
In your case, we can technically terminate calls to your mobile number in Italy. This issue is that we don't have a lot of carrier options to terminate those calls, and the carrier available to us has very high rates.
Oftentimes when our international rates page says "Not Support" it is technically supported but much too costly for us to allow it. In your case, our rates for terminating calls to that destination is $10. I hope this helps.
