    Hi Ismael Rodriguez, thanks for reaching out. I see that a team member responded to your support ticket.

    In general, when porting from Twilio it's always a good idea to make sure you clarify the address, account number and PIN that Twilio wants you to use. They often require ports to be submitted with their corporate address which is atypical from all other carriers. Let me know if you run into any further issues.
