Why won’t NumberBarn respond to any of my emails or request for a phone call
I’ve been using NB for nearly 2 years now and I’ve never had an issue until now….
I received an email on Sept. 5, 2024 stating there was a charge back on my Account. My account got locked and was suspended without notice. I emailed them the following morning and Heard nothing back from them. On the following Tuesday, Five days later, I went ahead and paid the outrageous amount that was requested ($56) Even without a breakdown of the charges, knowing that my fees along with the $20 fee they claim I owed, does not add up to my monthly bill.
Upon logging into my account immediately after making payment, all my 6 numbers were gone.
Frantically emailed them three times or so within the next 30 minutes and while I was logged in, I received an error message and was booted and was unable to log back in. Continually says invalid username or password so I’ve attempted to reset the password and I never get an email response. I’ve not changed my email But I went ahead and tried all my other emails for a password reset and no email on any of those either. Well, it’s over a week now since my first email Was sent and I received a response each time saying that they’ve got my message, but I still have not received a response from anyone at NB. They state on their website
“ We will respond to your request within 1 business day, but probably a whole lot sooner. “
AND
“ You will get a response from a real human being who's committed to providing you with excellent support -- and it will be refreshingly fast. “
I have still not received a response from them or a Call after multiple multiple request and email sent regarding my numbers and the breakdown of the amount that I paid as well as details regarding the payment reversal they claimed.

Thank you incredibly much for the prompt response sir. I was contacted via email today and provided with a password reset link to my account. However, none of my six numbers are showing up in my dashboard. Please advise
