I bought a number, but why is it still showing available For Sale on your site?

Hi,

I tried contacting by email but got no response. So I bought a phone number off your site, it got activated and it's currently being ported away. But I noticed the number is still listed available for sale on your site? I own the number now. So how is that possible?
