Customer Support No Response... Please help.
I purchased a number and support emailed me for additional information to verify my account. However, I sent that days ago and there is still no response. I cannot login to check my status or anything because it shows "invalid user". I have to make a new account just to even post this because my login for that purchase shows "invalid user". Please provide support. My ticket # is 997600. Please and thank you, I just want to complete my purchase.

Jeremy Watkin I did reply to the email with my information. Would that fix the issue to reactivate? It says that I cannot use my email when I sign up. Would I have to just make another account with a different email or can I use the same one?
