Lack of customer support
I need to pay my bill on the phone but continue to get AI … terrible customer support … ruining my day

Hi Charlie, I see that you were able to pay your bill. I understand that you are wanting the ability to call in to our support team. In general, we don't offer inbound phone support as of yet but we are considering adding this in the future.
