vibration when receiving a sms

can you make a setting to have your phone vibrate when receiving a SMS, as sometimes it works sometimes not.

  Thank you Yossi Kohn. I've done some tests on my iPhone and vibrate seems to be working well. What device are you using?

  like i said it sometimes does sometimes not so maybe its my phone will keep checking.
