HELP NEEDED ASAP
Our outbound here texting ability has suddenly been shut off. We are in the middle of our season (only 10 weeks long) where we received a high volume of calls every day for holiday orders. We respond to each call with an SMS and text clients as well. Mid-day and mid-responses, we started receiving an error message. There are no details about SMS limits or restrictions for the unlimited plans. We are losing business every moment this is down. NEED FIX IMMEDIATELY.

Fixed for 24 hours and now happening again despite support's assurance that it wouldn't happen again. This is a deceptive practice. We are not in violation of your stated texting guidelines. We are responding to customer inquiries and you are again disrupting our business.
