Carrier Says Incorrect ZIP Code; I provided exactly what my account says
I am trying to use a Port-Out number to Visible and submitted my number to them, but keep getting rejected for an incorrect ZIP Code. I have used their automated system and spoken to an agent with the information exactly as it is listed on my account; however, they keep getting a rejection. I placed a ticket with Number Barn, but haven't received any response back yet.

Hey Hillaryangele, I see that our team was able to help you out with this. To give you some more detail, your number is what we call "Offnet" which requires us to do a special lookup to find your porting details. This isn't a great experience and I'm working with our team to improve this for customers.

I’m having the exact same issue with porting over my number as well. I provided T-Mobile with the zip code from my account and they are getting a “mismatch” error.

I bought 3 numbers from number barn, when I tried to transfer them to usmobile, they were all rejected, and told me the zip code was incorrect. That is weird. I have been working on this for several days

Same issue for me. Had 2 transfers, no problems, the last 2 numbers on my account give the zip code error

Hi Kingbutter, we just replied to your ticket. This is a bit bizarre that 3 were approved and two were rejected but we'll help sort this out.
