File Type Uploads In Text Messages

Can we please also allow pdf files to be sent in messages. Right now only image and video files can be sent. PDF files are very important part of most businesses, they are for us for sure.

  This would be cool, however, I think the OP (Original Poster) is referring to MMS as SMS does not support media. That said, also, I don't know if PDFs would be supported by that protocol, I believe only JPEG, PNG, GIF, and short-form video formats like MP4. If the OP needs to send PDFs, they could do it via a link from a file sharing service or their website.

  Great point here W Schulz I hadn't given this much thought in the fast but it does look like PDF via MMS can be tricky.
