The 9-digit pin code cannot be used for number portability. Please set the pin code of the number I bought to 4 digits. Thank you！

  Hi, please let us know what carrier you are trying to port your number to. We've found that, while wireless carriers typically use 6-digit PINs, the 9-digit PINs are still accepted by all carriers we work with -- both wireless and landline.
