Porting out to Magicjack and incorrect rejection from Numberbarn
So, when trying to port in to Magicjack, I received a response saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to port your telephone number because NUMBERBARN has notified us that your account has been marked final and the telephone number you wish to transfer does not belong to you. Please contact their customer service department to resolve."
This is incorrect, my account is fully paid, and the balance is $0.00. Also, I do in fact own the number because it is listed on my account and I can make calls from it.
Finally, when choosing the port IN option on Magicjack's site there is no option to give them the account number or PIN. What can I do in such a case? Can't Numberbarn just call me at the number my account and authorize the port out that way?

They have gotten back to me, thankfully.
For anyone else having this problem porting TO magicjack, you need to go to https://help.magicjack.com/faq/portingrequest/ and add the account number and pin in tjhe comments below after submitting the port request.
It doesn't make much sense to me why they don't just allow a comments box on the original number transfer form, but this is how they do it.
