Porting my new number to my Spectrum account

I recently bought a phone number from NumberBarn and now I am trying to port it to my provider Spectrum, Spectrum has a problem with it. They told me to contact NumberBarn but I can't reach anybody who can help me. I am sending tickets and getting same answers from the bot. But I want to speak with a person to resolve my problem. Please let me know your phone number for customer service.
