Lack of replies answers and responses at the toll free cust service number and the ticket platform‼️

Do you feel like replying so I can get my autopay monthly billing issue updated for both my numbers +1 (435) 599-9000 & +1 (385) 283-0000 ALSO can I get my porting process started IMMEDIATELY for my (385) number?? My active phone service will be disconnected for (435) 599-9000 as it’s been a couple of days past the monthly auto pay day for March 2025 Your being in a slow motion or no motion thoughtless stupor is very poor and egregiously alarming. Lack of answers/responses/replies call backs on your customer service toll free number after I leave several voicemails recently and in the past and the same style of no response. It’s kinda like communism. I need my services and features from you because I can’t get them from another company but I’m stuck with you dictating your ways and means or lack of down my throat whether I like it or NOT‼️ I’m sure I’ll get blamed from YOU for not being nice and getting extremely angry and upset. Well each time I initiate contact I am nice. But when I get ignored, not answered and work is not done and no action taken by you, you better believe I’m gonna get pissed and upset. THERE IS NO VALID REASON or good business practice for you not to answer the phone during business hours not to return your calls from voice mail messages left and not for fast immediate replies on the support ticket reporting platform. What say YOU Brian McNeil and Jeremy Watkin?? Even companies using foreign call centers in PAKISTANI have better quality and faster customer service action times. My US MOBILE cellphone service Customer Service Call Center actually has first class TOP rate awesome customer service with their call center in PAKISTAN. That says a lot for you NUMBERGARAGE NUMBERBARN being an AMERICAN company. YOU ought to be embarrassed and ashamed for your virtually non existent non action customer support on PHONES and email/ ticket reporting Maybe I’ll get your attention in front of many many of my fellow customers since you give me no action privately by normal means‼️ Very very sorely disappointed in worse than 3 world rate of customer service but EXTREMELY PLEASED about my product and features!!!
