Can Robocaller Bots harvest a number from a Custom Outgoing Message?

If I port an old number, and record a Custom Outgoing Message telling callers my new number, will or can robocaller bots harvest the new number from the recorded announcement?

  Hey Paul, this sounds pretty diabolical but from a technical standpoint I wouldn't put it past them. To be honest, I haven't heard any reports of this and would hope that the law around Do Not Call would protect you from much of that.

  Thanks Jeremy. My cell number is still fairly free of robocalls, so I've decided to be safe and will make my outgoing parked message give other options for contacting me like "Call my cell phone number if you have it, or send an email to..." but no phone numbers in that message at all.

  My worry is not just about robocallers but also other scammers who actually make live calls.
