Same here. Round and round with support. They're not paying attention to the information I'm providing. I think they just keep copying and pasting boilerplate that's related, without paying any attention to the details.

Don’t waste your money on Number Garage or Number Barn. Their tech support is non existent!!! They are sending my business calls to someone else’s phone & wont answer my calls or emails! They could care less how my business or my life is affected.

Hi. I'm glad I found this thread. I was researching into using NumberBarn for number parking and also forwarding, too. I couldn't find any phone number for customer service, so I tried their ClearHello phone number, (888) 82-HELLO which goes to a message stating that this number was parked byNumberBarn and disconnects. lol!
Then, I tried sending a message off their website, but when it asks me to verify my email before my comments/questions are submitted, it tells me the verification link has expired (in under 1 minute from email being sent!) I even tried the "Hi. Need any help?" website chat which was far from helpful.
I'm sorry, but my number is too important to me to risk being lost, stolen, or resold. I can't trust a company that is purposely not reachable and I am most certainly willing to pay more a month for some peace of mind. Goodbye, NumberBarn.

Oh HI!! My request is pretty urgent, can’t use my own business number because you won’t respond to Verizon for them to Port my number in? Come on! Then I had to pay you more money in order to port it to them because I needed it to accept texts and I had to activate the full number in order for it to accept texts. So I couldn’t just “Port Out” and park it… so it didn’t just cost me the price of the number, it’s costing me the price of the number, the price of a months worth of service plus Verizon’s port fee, plus texting over here… plus however long it’s going to take them to get back to Verizon..
What a ripoff.

Niclizd thanks for posting in our community. I just sent you a follow up email as it does look like there may have been a snafu with your billing. We definitely want to get this right.
Chad I'm very sorry that we do not have inbound phone support. If you contact us and ask for a phone call, we will call you and I'm personally still happy to. Just last week we also made it so if you use our web widget during business hours you can often connect directly with an agent in real time.0
