When are you going to restore SMS outbound? Why there was no fallback backup outbound? Why only numberbarn is affected by it? With poor planning, I have some concerns. 1. You've known about this issue since last year. Why wait until the last minute? 2. God forbid, say if the owners are all the sudden gone gone. Will numberbarn be gone as welll? Are there any safety plans in place to protect clients from losing phone numbers?
