Hey 0rez, to make sure I understand, you want us to require two factors of verification before we allow a customer to remove the transfer lock?
Hopefully you've seen that we did add 2-step authentication for customers to protect your entire account which adds better protection to locked telephone numbers. The transfer lock is more so added protection so we will reject any porting attempts we receive for a locked number. I hope this helps.

Yes, please allow some sort of 2fa to transfer number lock, account emails and payment info.
Correct, in logging in web requires 2fa but in app is only a token and what of fhe token is cloned?
At the very least please only allow changes to account in the numberbarn website and only the web where there is 2fa.
The app runs 24/7/365 and should only be for calls, texts, vm and basic account stuff read only account any changes login to weband 2f.

Hi 0rez, thank you for this discussion. I will say that in the mobile application you cannot access porting information to port a number. That tab is hidden.
