    Hey Nick, it looks like our support team was able to help you out with this so you got your porting information. But it doesn't look like we tried to troubleshoot the issue with you. Can you tell me what web browser you are using and the version? And did you try a different browser just to see if you get a better result? This will help us try to replicate the issue.
