Porting Out - Needs Addressing
I went to port out my number to my carrier for my business at the beginning of the month and support emailed me a LOA. Thinking that this was needed for Numberbarn to finalize my request on their side, I filled it out with the information that needed to be sent to my carrier. They sent a follow up email and I replied that I want to cancel the LOA reading what it actually is and sent a support request as well to cancel the LOA. The support request was never answered. When I went to port out the number again, and the request was sent from my carrier, they emailed me with the information to give my carrier. The Ender User Name and Address coincided with a spam outfit that spoofs numbers in another state. This is a risk of me losing my number that I paid for. They also changed the number on my account from port out to park and now I have a monthly fee that I don't want. I put in another support request that, as of right now, I believe won't receive a response. I'm putting this in General Discussion as people need to know what horrible service I've received. Reviews say that porting out is a simple and streamlined process. Why send an LOA? Why email me false information? I need this resolved - asap.

Hey JOHN BENNETT, I definitely don't know why you received an LOA when you're porting a number out but would love to get to the bottom of this. I went in a found your ticket and responded to you and am happy to assist further.
