    Hey ROlson, I just checked in on your ticket and it looks like your order completed and your port is underway. Let us know if you run into any issues.

    As of last night the phone number can dial outbound on the new carrier ported it to but any inbound goes to numberbarn and goes strait to voice mail saying this number is parked at number barn. Not sure if this will resolve on its own ?

    Hi ROlson, I know you're interacting with our support team at this point but I see that your port is approved. I recommend checking in with your new carrier to confirm the date they entered for the port to complete but I would guess it should be soon. Depending on the carrier, sometimes you can ask them to activate your service and that triggers the completion of the port.

    A few emails were sent but I haven't gotten back from support yet.
    How can I expedidte this?
