Port rejected, Vendor mismatch
I'm trying to port out a new number i purchased from Numberbarn and after I submitted the port request from my carrier, I got an email from Numberbarn that said it was rejected with the follow message:
"This request was rejected due to the following reason: Vendor mismatch; contact customer service"
My carrier also said they haven't received any response on the port request from Numberbarn and will they will cancel the port if they don't get a response in a few days. I have a support ticket in with Numberbarn from a few days ago, but i haven't gotten a response yet.
Anyone run into a similar issue before?

Hey Trev, thank you for posting this. I've alerted our team to your ticket. It looks like there's an issue on our side needing to be corrected and we're working to do so now. To give more detail, we sometimes move numbers from one carrier internally and it looks like we currently had your number labeled incorrectly. We'll ask you to have your new carrier attempt the port again very soon.

Hello, I'm also having the same error, ticket number 1073555. I've not had any response from customer service email despite emailing several times over the last week. Posting here in hopes of getting some help. Thanks
