Porting out error "incorrect info"
I am trying to RESET my account number and PIN. There is an error of "mismatch account info" when porting out the number I bought.
I already followed the tutorials, reached Google Fi and T-Mobile. EVERYONE says it's an error on NumberBarn's end.
The support told me they would address this issue within 2 business days - and it's been way longer. Costumer service will not reply emails of follow up any of my tickets.
