Port not complete, no support
I started a port from US Mobile on May 14th --- so far its not completed.
On May 21, I opened ticket #1068532; asking for a status update/commit date; I got a response that the porting team would check and follow up in 1 business day "if not sooner"
On May 22, I asked for an update -- no response from number barn
On May 23, I asked for an update -- no response from number barn
May 24, 25, 26 - no response from number barn
Anyone every had a similar problem or know a way to contact someone for help?

May 27th & 28th: still ZERO response from NumberBarn
No a full 14 days since I started to port with no answers of when it might complete or what might be the hold up

Hey Daniel Sexton, we're now corresponding on your ticket and I'll work with you to get this number ported. Thank you for your patience. It does look like this has been stuck in a pending state much longer than is typical.
