NumberBarn Not Responding to Port Out Request
I've been trying for six days to port a NumberBarn number to US Mobile.
On May 21st, NumberBarn advised that "Your number is not yet ported though. Once we approve a request it is then up to your new provider to complete the port on their selected date. At this point in the porting process, you'll need to reach out to your new Provider for updates on when your number will be pulled from NumberBarn into their services."
That same day, US Mobile advised "It seems like we are waiting for Number Barn to release your line to us, all you can do is reach out to them and ask them to release your line to us against PON..."
I have sent the PON to NumberBarn, but they are not responding in any way. The last reply I had from them, other than automated emails, was on May 22nd, advising that "US Mobile is the gaining carrier in this scenario so they have all the power. They have to submit the porting information and then activate the number in their system after the losing carrier approves (releases) the port request." This is after US Mobile confirmed they had sent a request with a PON.
I emailed NumberBarn again yesterday from their website, and got an automated reply with a new ticket number, But no further response from them. Does anyone know of a way to get their attention? Do they have a phone number? Thanks for any help or advice anyone can provide.

I found a website that said the support phone number for NumberBarn was (844) 444 2276. Sure enough, it´s NumberBarn´s number, but it's just a recording that it is an unmonitored line and for help you should send an email (which gets no response). Pathetic.

Hi 3836543, thank you for your patience here. I know this is frustrating to be caught in the middle of two carriers pointing fingers at each other. I just responded to your ticket and hope we will be able to get this done soon.
That said, the honest truth is that we approved your port request on May 20 with a due date of May 23. Once we approve a port request, the onus is on the gaining carrier to complete the request and activate your service. We'll work with you and US Mobile on the ticket to sort this out.
Also, confirming that we currently do not have inbound phone support but can get on the phone with you as needed to resolve this.

Daniel, I don´t know exactly how it was fixed, but my number finally completed the port out to US Mobile.

Hi 3836543, did this issue get solved properly? Because I encountered exact same thing when porting numbers to USMobile. I've written mails between these carriers back and forth. Get notified by numberbarn May 28 is the due and everything goes automatically, while submitted request on May 25. Also, PON of numbers been sent to numberbarn. Didnt expect to get so much headache.
