Support Being Ignore on Port In

I opened support ticket 1072109 days ago and was told I would have an update in 24 hours. No update from anyone has come. I have asked for an update daily and even sent a different email advising of this concern and that ticket was marked solved with no response. How do I get someone to to provide support?
