Customers can't hear us after 10-30 seconds
At this moment when customers call our 800# hosted with Numberbarn it's forwarding to our auto attendant with Verizon, and has for a few years. For the past 10 days we can initially speak with our customers calling in but then they can't hear us after 10-30 seconds. If we call them back the call is good. If they call us back the same issue happens. The only remedy we have found is to have them call our local number which also forwards to our auto attendant. This issue has happened in the past (a month or two ago) but cleared up. I've sent many emails (Ticket ID:1073787) with caller specifics to help troubleshoot this issue but I am not hearing back from anyone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Devon, I'm not sure what's going on but we'll get to the bottom of it. I just responded to your ticket with a configuration question. I was definitely able to replicate the issue when I test your line.
