    Hey CARLOSSANCHEZ, I just requested your CSR from our carrier. We also made a change to our system so customers have to request a CSR rather than trying to port with incorrect information.

    I have 3 numbers for me and my friends from number barn,, when I tried to transfer them to usmobile, i was told the zip code are all incorrect. I have no been working on it for several days. How can this issue be fixed?

    Hi juan, it looks like you found that there's a button when you go to port out that says "Request CSR." For any offnet number, you will see this prompt and our team will make sure you have the correct porting details. I see our team has been helping you.
