Incoming Microsoft SMS Messaging
Up until recently, we were able to receive incoming SMS messages from Microsoft. Suddenly this is no longer the case, and it shows Microsoft listed as one of the sources that is not supported. It is imperative that we are able to handle incoming texts from Microsoft for us to verify MFA with various clients.

Hey BrandonSchmitt, thanks for posting in the community! I'm curious to know which Microsoft site or service you're trying to receive MFA text messages for. I can do some research but I suspect that they may only text to wireless numbers and our numbers, as you may already know, are classified as wireline/landline.
You may be able to contact Microsoft to confirm but in these cases we often recommend either using a wireless number or seeing if you can use an authenticator app or email for MFA. Anyway, I'm happy to dig a bit more if you can let me know what service you're authenticating. This helps us keep our information as current as possible.
