Port in
I made a port in but I cancelled it before it was approved. I got an email saying the port in was successful but I cant find the number on my account. Can someone help me? I have sent several messages to support without any response

Bill Velez thanks for alerting us to the issue. It looks like you canceled your port very close to the time it completed and your number was sitting in limbo. I responded to your support ticket with more detail on this but you should be good to go now.
