I came to a brick wall while trying to park a number
I thought I had the job done, I'd been through every step, most of them multiple times, then I got a little line on the screen telling me I had to authorise the porting of my number.
Now I don't even know how to get back to that page at all, everything seems to just come up new every step of the way, and I have no idea where to look for clues about how I authorise this.
Please somebody help me, in simple terms as I am not a computer geek, I use simple English words which mean what they were intended to mean in English.
