Porting OUT Issues
Hello,
I am having issues porting my number out. It stated it was ready to port yesterday. My carrier said there was a duplicate request already when using the information on the Numberbarn page for porting exactly as written. They had to cancel the request because of that.
Now, on the Numberbarn page, I am seeing this error: "We are unable to display porting information for this telephone number. Please click the button below to request the Customer Service Record and a member of our team will respond within 24 - 48 hours." and I already put in a ticket yesterday during business hours and got no response. I need to port this number out ASAP as it said it was ready yesterday. How do I resolve this?
Edit to this: Carrier tried again with the same info I gave them yesterday and it is waiting on Numberbarn's response now -- not sure why the Numberbarn page wasn't displaying the port info, but I'm glad my carrier had it saved!
