Your Order is Processing
It still says "Your Order is Processing" after a day. What concerns me is the number I selected still shows up to be available to purchase. I submitted a ticket but have not heard back. My SIM card has shipped so I would like to resolve this soon.

jonathan75 after you sign up for service, it's important to review the emails sent to you by our system. If you didn't receive any, I recommend that you check your spam folder. There's an email containing important information to confirm your account but our support team has also emailed you to confirm your account.

I did get an email and I clicked the link to confirm. But during the process it asked me to pay again. I didn't want to pay twice and didn't complete anything after that. Is it normal to request to pay again?

Hey jonathan75, apologies for the confusion. Our system will only charge you once. If for some reason you see two charges on your bank statement let us know and we will fix it.
