Unable to receive text from Charkes Schwab

I used to get text messgaes from Charles Schwab. But not now.

  Hi Ranga Y, 

  Thank you for reaching out regarding your text messages from Charles Schwab.

  Here's what's going on with this. When we migrated your SMS to our new carrier we were thrilled to reenable the ability to send text messages. We however quickly learned that you could not receive short code text messages. 

  We are working to improve short code texting for our customers. In the meantime, we can move you back to our old carrier to receive short code text messages but you will not be able to send text messages. Let me know if you would like me to migrate your number back and I can take care of that for you.
