Haven’t Received Transfer Away Processing Request Email Verizon Wireless Activated It 6 Days Ago
As of this very moment my purchased phone number from numberbarn is a listed as fully verified verizon wireless number, imessage & phone calling works, however, receiving 2FA & SMS text messages does not work & when people try calling me it does not work as it says to the caller my number is apart of numberbarn i STILL haven’t received the initial transfer away processing email from numberbarn it’s been 6 days HOW is this possible? i’ve sent numerous emails & it appears my difficulties does not matter to ANYONE at numberbarn i NEED HELP

Hi B3ntyl, Hopefully you received our email response to you from today. As of now, we have not received a port request for your number which indicates that Verizon is likely submitting it incorrectly. Our support team sent you the telephone number for their porting department as well as instructions on how to resolve this. We look forward to hearing back from you on how that goes.
