Creating a support ticket not working?
(Jeremy deleted a screenshot of a bug when trying to submit a ticket to purchase a number through the NumberBarn control panel.) This is the error.

So the error messages says to contact support. You don't have any email or phone number to get support? How do I communicate and work use your company.?

Mix results.
I am going to use it for a plumbing company porting it to COX landline.
Will 2FA work and all the othe stuff.
Is the comments online from frustrated uneducated clients that just complain.
It seems like a very simple process.

We can definitely help you port to COX landline. Once you have your number in place a member of our team can work with you on your porting process to make sure it's a success. But we're here if you run into any issues.Regarding 2FA, we're currently having fun with SMS as a whole. Right now we have two carriers we use for SMS. Carrier A supports sending and receiving but doesn't support short code numbers which many companies use for 2FA. Carrier B support receiving ONLY including short codes. If you need 2FA and aren't worried about sending messages let me know and I can make sure you're on Carrier B.
We're working hard to improve this situation and hope it won't be too much longer.0 -
