Total Wireless can only handle 4 to 6 digit PINs.

I am trying to initiate a port out request to Total Wireless. The Total Wireless POS system only allows PINs up to 6 digits. I am unable to change the PIN in NumberBarn to anything less then 9 digits. Any advice?

  Hey Tramm7, apologies for the confusion here. We do port many numbers to Total Wireless without reducing the size of our PINs. I recommend making sure they know this is a "Wireline to Wireless" port. And if that doesn't work, ask to speak with either a supervisor or the porting team and see if they can submit with the correct PIN. That should work but keep us posted if you run into further issues.
