In Development: Empty voicemails

Love getting the voicemails by email, but most of them are simple hangups which delivers four seconds of silence. It would be great to filter these out.

  Thank you for your suggestion finance! I agree that it is a hassle to go listen to the voicemail only to find out that it's empty. I'm interested to hear what others think.

  Agreed, upvoted. Since adopting NB most of our "voice mails" have been low-single-digit seconds in duration and/or completely silent. Some sort of trap for either or both of those conditions is top of mind for us, so much so that we may take the matter into our own hands and make our own pre-filter.

  OCI and finance - Good news. It sounds like we're working on a solution for this. I don't have an ETA yet but we've made some recent updates on our backend that make improving this possible. We'll be in touch.

  We built our own solution for filtering based on transcript info and duration with Slack messaging of messages using your API. I pinged support to talk about and open source it but it seemed to get lost in translation.
