Number porting stuck in limbo
I was trying to port the number out to AT&T which has gone into the limbo partly because their customer service doesn't know what they are saying. Initially they said there are two port in requests and that is why it failed. At that point I tried porting into Mint Mobile and even that failed but this time because NumberBarn rejected for too many requests. At this point I am totally fine if the initial request to port out to AT&T is honored but there is no movement. I have sent multiple requests through the chat bot but none have been replied to hence I have no idea if customer service is even existing 😞
